This is a healthy wheat bread. My kids enjoy it, especially with jam and cream cheese.
Ingredients:
11 ounces water
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon sugar substitute
1/8 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon molasses
3 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
2 teaspoons vital wheat gluten
1/4 cup flax seed meal
2 teaspoons dry yeast
Directions:
1. place all ingredients in bread machine according to manufactures directions for your machine.
