Whole Wheat Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients:
1 egg
1/2 cup skim milk
1/4 cup canola oil
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
3/4 cup white flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup blueberries
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Beat egg; stir in oil and milk. Mix in remaining ingredients until flour is moistened. Batter should be lumpy. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown. Immediately remove from pan. (Greas bottoms of muffin pans if cupcake paper isn't used.)
