healthy morning muffin
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. honey
1 cups nonfat plain yogurt
1/2 cups skim milk
1/2 cup water
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 tbsp. canola oil
1 cup blueberries
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients
2. mix, separately, wet ingredients
3. combine, mixing as little as possible
4. fold in berries
5. pour into greased muffin tin
6. bake at 400F for 18ish minutes
