Whole Wheat Blueberry Muffins |

These are delicious blueberry cupcakes using whole wheat flour. Please note that the blueberries are added the last. You can also use raspberries or cherries or other fruits you like. Note: Use honey or golden syrup if you can not find agave syrup which can be found in health stores here but is quite expensive. Ingredients:
2 cups whole wheat flour |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 1/2 cups milk |
1/2 cup oil |
1 cup agave syrup |
2 cups blueberries |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350°F. 2. Blend dry ingredients together in one bowl. 3. Whisk liquids together in another, then add carefully into the first bowl with the dry ingredients. 4. Blend all together well. 5. Put the blueberries into the batter, pour into muffin cups and bake for 20 - 25 minutes. |
