Ingredients:
1 banana
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup milk
2 egg whites
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
1. combine the flour, milk, eggs, cinnamon and vanilla in a bowl. Slice banana. Heat a non-stick pan with spray oil. Pour in batter and place banana slices on top of pancakes. Cook.
