modified from low-cal banana muffin recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp salt
1 cup mashed bananas
1/4 cup no calorie splenda
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
50 ml egg white
Directions:
1. preheat oven to 350 and prep muffin tin
2. mix banana, sugar, egg and vanilla, add applesauce
3. mix rest of ingredients
4. add wet mix to dry, until just combined
5. scoop into muffin tin
6. bake 15-20mins
