Whole Wheat Banana Flax Muffins

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1/4 cup golden flax seed meal
1/4 cup wheat germ
1/2 cup oats
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon clove
2 mashed bananas
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/3 cup honey
2/3 cup chopped nuts
Directions:
1. Mix flour, flax, oats, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and cloves.
2. Add nuts.
3. Mix eggs, milk, honey, bananas.
4. Stir into dry ingredients.
5. Bake at 375°F for approx 20 minutes.
