Whole Wheat Banana Bread

done in a power blender, so easy and so good! You will be surprised how moist and fine grained this bread is. Whole wheat adds a nice nuttiness. You won't feel the same again when using whole wheat- the loaf is just as tasty and delicious as a white flour loaf. Read more . Enjoy!!!
Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 cup applesauce
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla
3 ripe bananas
2 cups whole wheat flour
3/4 to 1 cup sugar ( for sweetness desired )
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup chopped walnuts ( optional )
Directions:
1. In a blender place all ingrdients in order listed
2. Blend or pulse to mix all completely
3. Place batter at least 1/2 full in loaf pan (s )
4. Bake in a 350F about 45 to 60 minutes or tested done
5. Cool on rack 10 mins
6. Remove to cool completely
7. Wrap in foil to blend flavors overnight
8. Freezes well
