Whole Wheat Banana Bread

I was out of butter so used vegetable oil. Great recipe for overripe bananas.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup splenda sugar substitute
2 eggs
3 mashed bananas
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Combine all ingredients thoroughly.
3. Bake at 350 F for 20-25 minutes, depending on size of pan/altitude.
4. Insert a toothpick in the center, once it comes out clean, the bread is done.
