Whole Wheat Banana Bars

These are so good....I love using whole wheat flour . My family loves these.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 tbsp toasted wheat germ
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1 beaten egg
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup milk
1/4 cup cooking oil
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 ripe medium mashed banana
1/3 cup dried fruit bits
Directions:
1. Grease an 11x7x1-1/2 inch baking pan;set aside
2. In a bowl combine all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, wheat germ, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt;set aside
3. In another bowl stir together egg, sugar, milk, oil, and vanilla. Sitr in banana and fruit bits. Add banana mixture to flour mixture , stirring to combine. Spread batter evenly pan.
4. Bake in a 350* oven for 20 to 25 min. or until wooden toothpick comes out clean.
5. Cool in pan cut into bars.
