Apple Banana Oatmeal Muffins
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
2/3 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup instant oats
1/2 cup greek yogurt
2 eggs
2 teaspoons skim milk
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 apple
1 1/2 cups mashed bananas
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Preheat Oven to 350°F.
2. Mix All Dry Ingredients in Large bowl.
3. Mix All Wet Ingredients in Smaller Bowl.
4. Slowly add Wet Ingredients to Dry.
5. Mix in Chocolate Chips.
6. Spoon into lined Muffin Tins until flush with pan.
7. Bake for 18 minutes.
