Whole Wheat, Almond Organic Bread

Inspired by the birth of Eliot, this easy to make, healthy yeast bread is made of organic grains and almond meal. It is full of flavor and its hearty texture tastes great with fresh french butter and home made jam!
Ingredients:
1/2 ounce yeast
2 1/2 cups water
2 cups white whole wheat flour
1 cup almond meal
4 cups flour
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon melted butter
1 egg white
1 tablespoon water
Directions:
1. Mix water and yeast (water at about 105 degrees).
2. Add flour, butter, salt. Mix.
3. Grease bowl.
4. Add dough to bowl, cover with towel.
5. Set to rise (1 hour ish).
6. Punch down.
7. Roll (2) tight loaves.
8. Place on greased and cornmeal pan.
9. Let rise (1 hour ish).
10. Set oven at 450 degrees.
11. Bake 25 minutes.
12. Brush with egg white/water mix.
13. Bake 5 more minutes.
14. Cool and enjoy!
