whole wheat oatmeal pancakes
Ingredients:
1/4 c whole wheat flour
1/4 c quick oatmeal
1/2 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 c skim milk
1 egg white
1/2 tsp vegetable oil
Directions:
1. mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
2. mix wet ingredients in another bowl.
3. mix dry into wet.
4. heat griddle on low flame thoroughly
5. cook slowly.
6. flip when bubbles form
