Whole-grained Mustard and Lemon Dressing

This amazed me, I served it over a large bowl of mixed greens and crumbled turkey bacon, with onion slices broken into rings and homemade croutons.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1 cup olive oil
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, whisk together the mustard, vinegar, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
2. Gradually whisk in the oil until the dressing is emulsified.
