Whole Grain Zucchini Bread

I was looking for a whole grain recipe for zucchini bread and made some changes to another recipe on this site. This contains whole wheat, oatmeal and flax seed, no oil and lower sugar.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup oatmeal (old fashioned)
1/4 cup ground flax seeds
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
2 large eggs
1/2 cup applesauce
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup fresh zucchini, grated
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 F and grease a 8 x 4 bread pan.
2. Stir together all dry ingredients (thru cloves) in large mixing bowl.
3. Add eggs, applesauce, buttermilk and vanilla and stir until all ingredients are moistened.
4. Stir in zucchini and nuts.
5. Pour into prepared pan and bake for about 50-60 minutes until a toothpick tests clean.
6. Cool in pan for 15 minutes; remove and let cool completely.
