Whole Grain Waffles

Ingredients:
1 cup whole wheat flour
3/4 cup quick oats
1/4 cup cornstarch
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/3 cups skim milk
4 teaspoons white vinegar
3 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon honey
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients (first 6 ingredients).
2. Stir until well combined.
3. In a small bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients.
4. Add wet mixture to dry mixture and stir to moisten.
5. Cook waffles in waffle maker and dust with powdered sugar.
