Whole Grain Pancakes

Serve these fluffy, hearty pancakes right off the griddle. Delicious!
Ingredients:
1 1/3 cups dry milk powder
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs, beaten lightly
3/4 cup sugar
3 cups water
1/4 cup butter, melted
3 tbs. vinegar
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, sift together milk powder, all purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Add whole wheat flour. In a small bowl, mix together eggs, sugar, butter, water and vinegar. Form a hole in the dry mixture, and pour in the wet mixture. Combine until smooth.
2. Warm a lightly oiled frying pan or griddle on medium heat. Using a 1/4 cup for each pancake, pour or scoop batter onto griddle. Cook pancakes until they are golden brown on both sides. Serve immidiately.
