Whole Grain Pancake Mix

A nice healthy pancake my family enjoys. I think I originally found this recipe in Canadian Living Magazine many years ago.
Ingredients:
1 cup rolled oats
2 tablespoons wheat germ
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup skim milk powder
4 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1 tablespoon oil
1/2 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
1. Mix above ingredients together then place in food processor to mix again.
2. To make pancakes beat 1 egg, 1 tbsp oil, 1/2 cup milk and 1/4 tsp vanilla together.
3. Add 3/4 cup pancake mix and mix till just blended.
4. Let stand 5 minute.
5. Make pancakes as usual in buttered skillet.
