Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup applesauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 (1/4 oz) packet yeast
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup splenda granular
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp ground cloves (optional)

Directions:

  1. Combine everything.
  2. Spoon into cookies on an ungreased baking sheet.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees F for 17-20 minutes.
