Whole Grain Cherry Pecan Cookies

This is a great tasting treat for those staying away from bad carbs.
Ingredients:
2/3 cup smart balance butter spread
2 eggs
1/2 cup skim milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup artificial sweetener
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 1/2 cups old fashioned oats
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup dried cherries
1 cup pecans, chopped
Directions:
1. Combine butter spread, eggs, milk, vanilla, salt, cinnamon, baking powder, sugar and sweetner together with a mixer. Slowly add oats and flour until combined. Cherries and pecans can then be added and mixed in well.
2. Bake in 350 degree F oven for 10 minutes on cookie sheets sprayed with cooking spray.
