Whole Foods Ultimate Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients:
2 slices multigrain bread
2 ounces grafton reserve cheddar cheese, grated
1 teaspoon whole grain mustard
1/2 mcintosh apple, very thinly sliced
1 tablespoon butter, softened
Directions:
1. Spread one slice of bread with mustard and arrange apple slices on top.
2. Add cheese and top with bread. Spread butter outside both slices.
3. Place sandwich on a skillet over medium high heat and brown each side until golden and cheese in center has melted.
