White Wine Vinaigrette

A light dressing or marinade. Use over salad greens, broiled seafood, sliced roasted chicken, or steamed veggies.
Ingredients:
1/3 cup white wine
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (about 2-3 lemons)
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 teaspoon salt (sea or kosher)
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
3/4 cup olive oil
Directions:
1. In med bowl whisk together first 5 ingredients.
2. Continue whisking and whisk in oil slowly and continuously.
3. Store in fridge up to 1 week. Shake before using.
