White Wine Cake

This recipe came out of the Jolly Elders cookbook at my church. Um hmmm, the wine I bought is for the cake I'm baking.... You can't even tell there is wine in the cake!
Ingredients:
1 box yellow cake mix
1 small box instant vanilla pudding
3/4 cup water
3/4 cup crisco oil
1/4 cup white wine
4 eggs
1/4 cup light brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/4 cup chopped pecans
glaze
1 stick margarine
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
more wine
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
2. Spray tube pan with nonstick cooking spray.
3. Mix well leaving out the pecans.
4. Put pecans in bottom of the pan.
5. Pour in the cake batter.
6. Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
7. Glaze instructions
8. Bring all ingredients to a boil for 2 - 3 minutes; take off heat and add 1/4 Cup white wine. Spoon 3/4 mixture over cake while still in pan. Let stand at least 10 minutes.
9. Remove from cake pan and spoon on remaining glaze mixture.
