White Velvet Cheesecake

Luscious, beautiful to look at. Not hard to make. Prep time does not include chilling time
Ingredients:
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
6 ounces white chocolate, melted
3/4 cup sour cream
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons sugar
white chocolate curls
Directions:
1. Cheesecake:.
2. Beat cream cheese, Sugar, lemon juice until blended and smooth.
3. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well.
4. Pour batter into lightly greased 8 1/2 springform pan.
5. Smooth top.
6. Bake at 450F for 10 minutes.
7. Reduce heat to 325F and bake 30 -35 minutes longer.
8. Topping:.
9. Combine sour cream and sugar.
10. Spread over cheesecake .
11. Bake 5 minutes longer.
12. Run sharp knife around sides.
13. Let cool before removing sides.
14. Refrigerate at least 5 hours.
15. Garnish with curls and fresh fruit if desired.
