White Pizza Frittata

Ingredients:
6 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt substitute
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup milk
8 ounces boneless pork, cut into strips
1 (4 ounce) can mushroom stems and pieces
1 red bell pepper, chopped
0.5 (15 ounce) jar ragu® cheesy classic alfredo sauce
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°.
2. Saute pork strips in skillet until browned and cooked thoroughly (5-6 minutes). Set aside to cool.
3. Beat eggs, salt, pepper, and milk in large bowl until blended. Stir in mushrooms and peppers.
4. Pour egg mixture into 8” square baking dish coated with nonstick spray.
5. Bake, uncovered for 35-40 minutes.
6. Pour Alfredo sauce over top of frittata. Arrange pork strips on sauce and sprinkle cheese over top. Return to oven and bake 5-7 minutes more, or until eggs are set in center and cheese is melted.
7. Let stand 5 minutes; cut into serving pieces.
