1-2 can(s) chickpeas
1 tablespoon(s) chopped flat leaf parsley
1 tablespoon(s) chopped garlic
2 teaspoon(s) grated lemon zest
1 teaspoon(s) harissa, more to taste
1/4 cup(s) lemon juice
1 tablespoon(s) seasoned rice vinegar
1/4 cup(s) tahini
Directions:
1. add chickpeas, drained, to food processor with other ingredients and puree till smooth. Serve with toasted pita.
