White Grape and Lemon Gelatin

Like homemade sour candy! I can't resist snacking straight from the bowl.
Ingredients:
1 (1 ounce) box unflavored gelatin
1 cup lemon juice, freshly squeezed
3 cups white grape juice
Directions:
1. Put white grape juice in a pan and heat to almost boiling.
2. Sprinkle all packets of gelatin over lemon juice in a glass bowl.
3. After gelatin powder has begun to absorb the lemon juice (takes several minutes), add hot juice.
4. Stir until gelatin is completely dissolved.
5. Chill for about 4 hours or until firm.
