A friend gave me this recipe years ago, and when I saw the ingredients, I had my doubts, but it is spot on! Exactly like the Mexican restaurant! The first 2 ingredients may be low fat, as desired!
Ingredients:
1 cup miracle whip (may use reduced fat)
1 cup milk (may use low-fat)
1 teaspoon italian seasoning
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 pinch salt
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients well.
2. Let dip chill in fridge, it will set back up (and not be so soupy).
