White Chocolate Tart Topped With Fresh Blueberries

This is fantastic. My friend served these at her dinner party a few months back and we inhaled it. Enjoy
Ingredients:
9 prebaked pie crust
3 ounces white chocolate melted
2 eggs and 2 egg yolks
1-1/3 cup buttermilk
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
1. Melt white chocolate in a double boiler then pour into pie crust.
2. Combine eggs, egg yolks, buttermilk, lemon juice, zest, brown sugar, flour and vanilla.
3. Cook over low heat in a saucepan until it starts to thicken a little.
4. Pour over white chocolate in pie crust and bake at 350 for 30 minutes then cool before serving.
5. Garnish with fresh blueberries right before serving.
