White Chocolate Raspberry Bars

Super-simple bar pairs white chocolate chips in sugar cookie crust and raspberry jam. Simply delicious!
Ingredients:
1 roll(16.5oz)refrigerated sugar cokies
11/4c white chocolate baking chips
1 jar(12oz) raspberry jam or preserves(3/4c)
1tsp vegetable oil
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350. In ungreased 13x9 panbreak up cookie dough. With floured fingers,press dough evenly in bottom of pan to form crust. Sprinkle 1 cup white chocolate over crust;press firmly to dough.
2. Bake 16 to 20 mins or till light golden brown. Remove crust from oven. Spread jam even ly over crust. Return to oven;bake 10 mins longer.
3. In small resealable food-storage plastic bag,place remaining 1/4c white chips and the oil;partially seal bag. Microwave on high 30 seconds. Squeeze bag till chunks are smooth. If necessary,microwave bag 15 to 30 seconds longer. Cut small hole in bottom corner of bag. Squeeze bag gently to drizzle white chocolate over bars. Refrigerate till chocolate is set,about 20 mins. Cut in 6 rows by 6 rows. Serve at room temperature.
