White Chocolate Orange Chill

This is a gorgeous cake with dark chocolate crumb crust, creamy orange liqueur and white chocolate filling. It is really decadent!
Ingredients:
crust
1/3 cup butter or hard margarine
1 1/2 cups chocolate wafer crumbs
filling
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup frozen concentrated orange juice
1/4 cup orange liqueur
1 tsp. lemon juice
pinch of salt
1/4 oz. unflavoured gelatin (about 1 tbsp.)
1/4 cup cold water
2 cups whipped cream or cool whip
1/2 cup grated white chocolate
garnishes
white chocolate curls
orange slices or madarin orange segments
whipped cream
chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Crust:
2. Melt butter in medium saucepan on medium heat. Remove from heat. Add wafer crumbs. Stir well. Press firmly in bottom and 1 up side of ungreased 8 springform pan. Chill.

5. Combine first 6 ingredients in large bowl. Sprinkle gelatin over cold water in small saucepan. Let stand for 1 minute. Heat and stir on low until gelatin is dissolved. Add to orange juice micture. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Cool slightly. Fold in whipped cream until no white streaks remain. Gently fold in chocolate. Spread evenly in crust. Freeze until set.

7. Garnish:
8. Mound white chocolate curls in middle of cake. Pipe whipped cream dots around outside edge and set a chocolate chip in the middle of each dot. Arrange orange slices or segments between mound of white chocolate curls and outside whipped cream/chocolate chip edge.
