White Chocolate Mousse

An easy to make mousse of white chocolate , the kids will love it.
Ingredients:
400gr white chocolate.
600 gr heavy cream.
100 gr haselnuts halved, ( optional).
1 1/2 shredded lemon peel or 1 shredded orange peel.
Directions:
1. Cut white chocolate in little pieces with a knife or in the blender.
2. Beat the heavy cream till you have a thick cream, ( take care not to beat it till whipped cream)!
3. Melt de white chocolate in a choco pan or au bain Marie.
4. Take away from heat and let cool down till lukewarm.
5. Mix de cream, shredded lemon or orange peel and haselnuts carefully with the chocolate till you have a smooth mass.
6. Fill 8 glasses or desert bowls and put minimum 2 hours in the fridge, ( you can make this the day before and keep in the fridge till use).
7. Serve with lemon or orange parts and top if you wish with a dark chocolate sauce or a little cocoa or cinnamon.
