White Chocolate Heart-Shaped Cheesecake

A tall, impressive and silky smooth cheesecake that's sure to impress!! You can substitute semisweet chocolate for the white chocolate.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups chocolate wafer crumbs
1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened (regular or light)
1 (300 ml) can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk (regular or low-fat)
4 large eggs
12 ounces white chocolate baking squares, melted
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
fresh berries
white and dark chocolate shavings
Directions:
1. CRUST: Combine chocolate wafer crumbs and butter in small bowl; press firmly onto bottom of 10-inch round or heart-shaped non-stick springform pan.
2. FILLING: Beat cream cheese in electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy. Add remaining ingredients in order, beating well after each addition.
3. ASSEMBLE AND BAKE: Pour batter into prepared pan and bake in preheated 325F oven 45 minutes or until center is set. Cool in pan on wire rack. Chill 4 hours or overnight.
4. Garnish with whole berries and chocolate shavings.
