White Chocolate Fondue

A dip for fruits that all will like~white chocolate dip
Ingredients:
250g or 1/2lb white chocolate
3/4 cup double cream
1 tablespoon brandy
1 small box strawberries, hulled and quartered
1 cup mash mellows halved
1 cup green seedless grapes
8 skewers
Directions:
1. Combine chocolate with cream and brandy in medium sauce over low heat.
2. Stir constantly until chocolate has melted and mixture is smooth
3. Pour mixture into a medium bowl and set aside to cool to room temperature.
4. Cut the skewers in half, discarded the bottom halves
5. Thread a piece of strawberry, mush mellow and grape onto each skewer, serve with the white chocolate fondue as dipping sauce.
6. note: Its important to cut the fruits last avoid the fruit to oxidation.
