White Chocolate Coconut Frosting
Ingredients:
1 stick butter, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp. milk
3 squares white baking chocolate, melted
1 1/3 cups sweetened flaked coconut
Directions:
1. Beat in a medium bowl with electric mixer on low speed softened butter, powdered sugar, milk until well blended
2. Increase speed to medium and beat for 30 seconds or until smooth
3. Beat in white baking chocolate
4. Stir in sweetened flaked coconut
5. Sprinkle remaining coconut over brownies after they are frosted and cut, if desired
