White Chocolate Chunk Macadamia Cookies

Ingredients:
1 cup butter or 1 cup margarine, softened
1 cup light brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup macadamia nuts, coarsely chopped
2 cups white chocolate, broken into bite size chunks
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Cream butter and sugars together until light and fluffy; beat in the eggs and vanilla.
3. Mix together the flour, baking soda, and salt; add gradually to the butter mixture.
4. Fold in the macadamias and chocolate.
5. Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls onto greased baking sheets.
6. Bake at 350° for 10-12 minutes or until undersides are lightly golden.
7. Cool slightly before removing from cookie sheets.
