White Chocolate Cherry Fudge

This is a very rich fudge. A little goes a long way. Very pretty on the holiday dessert trays. Can leave food coloring out if desired. Enjoy

Ingredients:

2-1/2 cups semisweet white chocolate morsels

14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk

1 teaspoon cherry extract

2 teaspoons red food coloring

1 cup chopped maraschino cherries

combine morsels and milk in medium heavy duty saucepan.

warm over lowest possible heat stirring until smooth.

remove from heat then stir in extract, food coloring and cherries.

spread evenly into prepared pan the refrigerate 2 hours or until form.

lift from pan then remove foil and cut into pieces.
