WHITE CHOCOLATE BUTTERY COOKIES This is a recipe I obtained from an Estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Puckett Estate in Mesquite, Texas in 1982. Ingredients:
1 pound unsalted butter |
2 cups dark brown sugar |
1-1/2 cups granulated sugar |
2 teaspoons vanilla |
3 eggs |
5 cups flour |
1-1/2 teaspoons baking soda |
1-1/2 teaspoons salt |
2 bags white chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Mix butter, brown sugar, sugar and vanilla together and beat well.
3. Add eggs and mix until eggs are well blended.
4. Add flour, baking soda and salt then stir in chocolate chips.
5. Place cookie dough on cookie sheet and bake 8 minutes.
