From a New Orleans cooking site, described as orgasmic I served mine with a strawberry-wine sauce and the white choclate sauce. Read more . It's a yellow-golden pudding and the sauces compliment it. I found out this is best served warm, room temp or reheated. When hot from the oven, you cant discern the white chocolate that well Sorry the photo doesn't do justice as thsi photo was a test piece and I should have put it on a prettier serving plate!
