White Chocolate Bread Pudding

Ingredients:
3 1/2 french baguettes
4 1/2 cups heavy cream
1 1/2 cups milk
3/4 cup sugar
15 ounces white chocolate chips (2 cups)
3 eggs
12 egg yolks
Directions:
1. Chop baguettes into 1'' squares, then into thirds (use older, harder bread if needed).
2. Add all ingredients together and let soak a while.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes.
