White chicken chili made in crock pot. Substitute reduced sodium chicken broth. Recipe analysis only accepted regular chicken broth. Ingredients:
2 lbs boneless skinless chicken, cubed |
1 medium onion, minced |
3 cloves garlic |
1 cup dry white wine |
14 1/2 oz chicken broth, 50% less sodium |
30 oz white beans, do not drain or rinse |
2 tsp mustard powder |
2 tsp ground cumin |
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper |
Directions:
1. Brown chicken if desired or use pre-cooked chicken. 2. Saute onion and garlic until tender. 3. Put all ingredients in crock-pot. 4. Stir to mix thorougly. 5. Cook on low 5-6 hours or high 3 hrs. |
