1/4 cup cooked quinoa
3 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
7 1/2 oz
1 oz sundried tomatoes
1 tomato
1 teaspoon garlic
1/2 onion
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground basil
Directions:
1. heat it on low setting for about 30 minutes with about 1 cup of water or you can use more heavy whipping cream for extra calories, or even use more beans since it's fairly easy to eat more than half a can.
