Ingredients:
30 ounce cannellini beans, rinsed
1 cup zucchini, diced
1/2 cup tomato, diced
2 tbsp fat-free italian dressing
1 tsp red wine vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
6 basil leaves, chiffonade
4 cups spinach leaves, shredded
1 fresh ground pepper
