Ingredients:
1 (12 oz) can white beans
1 c. (chopped) fresh italian parsley
1/2 c. (chopped) cilantro (optional)
2 tomatoes (chopped)
1/2 red onion (minced)
1/2 lemon
3 t. balsamic vinegar
1/4 tsp. granulated sea salt
Directions:
1. In a Large Mixing Bowl Mix:
2. All ingredients and Serve in a salad bowl (or) Store Covered in the refrigerator
3. Easier Doubled you can add garlic pepper
4. Enjoy!
