Ingredients:
2 c. drained white beans
3 tbl. fresh squeezed lemon juice
1/2 c. chopped flat-leaf parsley
1 clove garlic, pressed
2 tbl. extra virgin olive oil
pinch of sea salt
dash of fresh ground pepper
4 c. fresh mixed baby greens
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients except greens, then serve on the greens.
