Ingredients:
3 cups cooked rotini or other cork-screw-shaped pasta (6 ounces uncooked pasta)
1 1/2 cups diced tomato
1 1/3 cups diced cucumber
1/2 cup coarsely chopped fresh basil
1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
1/4 cup diced red onion
1 (15.5-ounce) can great northern beans or other white beans, rinsed and drained
1 cup fat-free italian dressing
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
1. Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl, and toss gently. Add dressing, salt, and black pepper; toss gently.
