Ingredients:
2 (15 ounce) cans cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup fresh basil, minced
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
Directions:
1. In a food processor, combine beans, oil and garlic; process until smooth.
2. Add basil, lemon juice, salt and pepper; cover and process until blended.
3. Refrigerate leftovers.
