A chinese pastry usually for the new year. (This is a recipe I've adopted from the Zaar account)
Ingredients:
3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup cake flour
1/2 cup oil
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup water
1 1/2 cups flour
3/4 cup oil
1000 g red bean paste
Directions:
1. Sift together flours.
2. Stir in oil and water.
3. Add sugar.
4. Form into round circles and flatten.
5. then fill with red bean paste in the center.
6. Bake at 400 for 15 min until golden.
