White Bean and Tuna Salad Sandwiches

A different, easy, light lunch.
Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
1 (12 1/2 ounce) can solid white tuna in water, drained and flaked
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 plum tomatoes, chopped
1/4 cup chopped purple onion
1/4 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
1 teaspoon minced fresh dill
salt and pepper
sourdough bread, slices
lettuce leaf
Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, mix together the first 11 ingredients; stir well to combine.
2. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
3. Serve on toasted sourdough bread with lettuce leaves.
