White Bean-and-Tuna Salad

Stuff a whole wheat pita with this refreshing salad for a new way to enjoy tuna and beans.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 (20-ounce) can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
1 (6 1/2-ounce) can solid white tuna in spring water, drained and flaked
4 green onions, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
lettuce leaves
Directions:
1. Stir together first 5 ingredients. Add beans, tuna, and green onions, tossing gently to coat. Sprinkle with parsley, and serve over lettuce.
